Welcome to Khojindia Tour and Travel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, khojindia.com, and all related services, including booking tours, accommodations, and transportation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your tour or service. This confirmation does not guarantee availability until your payment is processed and accepted by Khojindia Tour and Travel.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy (see section 3). The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Khojindia Tour and Travel reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.
2. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Khojindia
While we strive to operate all tours as planned, Khojindia Tour and Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, and security concerns. In the event of a significant modification, we will offer you the option to accept the modified tour or receive a full refund of the tour price.
If we cancel a tour for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid for the tour. However, we are not responsible for any consequential losses, such as airfare or other travel arrangements not booked through us. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
3. Customer Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email preferred) as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
- More than 60 days prior to departure: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
- 30-59 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the tour price.
- 15-29 days prior to departure: 25% refund of the tour price.
- Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund.
Certain services, such as flights and some accommodations, may be subject to stricter cancellation policies imposed by the service provider. In such cases, the service provider's cancellation policy will apply, and we will inform you of these policies at the time of booking.
No refunds will be given for unused portions of a tour, including but not limited to meals, accommodations, and activities.
4. Travel Insurance
Khojindia Tour and Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
5. Passport, Visas, and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, any required visas, and meet all health requirements for your chosen destination. Khojindia Tour and Travel is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
6. Liability
Khojindia Tour and Travel acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour or service.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, and political unrest.
You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the tour. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of your negligence or failure to follow instructions from our guides or other service providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Khojindia Tour and Travel and is protected by copyright law. You may not use our content without our prior written permission.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Khojindia Tour and Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
